Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

As our bags are handmade, each one is unique and may have slight variations in fabric, stitching or finish. These are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@thepicnicnomads.com.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
