ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up from monday to thursday, from 10h to 17h. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Barcelona Metropolitan Area. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order may not be eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, and standard delivery is 2 - 7 days depending of the country.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - SPAIN, PENINSULAR AND BALEARIC ISLANDS:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over 100€.
For orders under 100€:
10€ flat rate shipping to Spain and Balearic Islands for iMac bags
5€ flat rate for laptop bags

EUROPE SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over 200€.
For orders under 200€:
25€ flat rate shipping to European countries (Excluding UK) for iMac bags.
40€ flat rate shipping to UK for iMac bags.
25€ flat rate for laptop bags (Including UK).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over 450€.
For orders under 450€:
150€ flat rate shipping for iMac bags.
75€ flat rate for laptop bags.
Estimated delivery time 3-7 days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Picnic Nomads is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thepicnicnomads.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
